Jay Bernardo on Finding Opportunities in Crisis
In this talk, Prof. Jay Bernardo shares his experiences as an entrepreneur, a manager, and an educator to illustrate how the spirit of entrepreneurship can be imbibed by anyone who is willing to look at things from a different perspective. He talks about a groundbreaking entrepreneurship program in his very own JAD Group of Companies, as well as his work in the Let’s Go Foundation, which have helped many Filipinos break out into their own. He encourages people to develop business ideas by seeking solutions to “irritants” around them and urges his listeners to “look at the opportunity before looking at the dangers… because once you see the opportunities, you will no longer see the dangers.”
